What we do in store

A short, honest list of the services we offer. Call us first if you want to check whether we can help with your specific model or job — most of the time the answer is yes, but not always.

  1. Key cutting

    House, padlock and selected other keys cut while you wait.

    Bring your original key into the shop and we'll cut a spare while you wait, subject to key type and blank availability. Common household keys, padlock keys and a range of other keys are usually possible.

    Bring with you: Bring the original key you'd like a copy of.

    Next step: Pop in with the key — most cuts are done while you wait.

  2. Phone repairs

    Selected phone repairs including screens, batteries and common fixes.

    We can help with common phone repairs such as screen replacements and battery swaps on selected models. Availability of parts varies by model, so please call us or pop in with the device so we can check whether we can help.

  3. Screen protector fitting

    Screen protectors fitted in store for a clean, bubble-free finish.

    Pick a screen protector from our range and we'll fit it for you in store — useful for avoiding bubbles, dust and alignment issues. We stock protectors for a number of common phone models; if you can't see yours, ask in store.

    Bring with you: Bring your phone and we'll match a screen protector to it from the range we stock.

  4. Laptop and games console repairs

    Selected laptop and games console repairs for common issues.

    We can help with selected laptop and games console repairs for common issues such as charging problems, screen faults, software issues, slow performance, overheating, port faults, controller issues and general faults. Not all models or faults can be repaired — please call us or bring the device in so we can check whether we can help.

  5. While-you-wait services

    Some services may be available while you wait.

    Key cutting and screen protector fitting can often be done while you wait. For other services we'll usually need to take the device in for a closer look — we'll let you know roughly how long that should take.

  6. Practical local advice

    Hands-on advice for everyday fixes and tech basics.

    We can often help with practical advice for household fixes, DIY basics, phone accessories, computing accessories, cables, chargers and everyday needs. If we can't help, we'll usually be able to point you in the right direction.
